We have us some Thanksgiving service academy football today and I, for one, could not be more thankful. Sandwiched perfectly between the first two NFL games, this one might actually gain some more viewers than it would on a normal Saturday as everyone is gathered around the television recovering from grandma’s stuffing and waiting patiently on Dak, Zeke, and co.
We got you covered on all the info you need in order to tune into the game, and especially for those of you who wouldn’t normally tune into the Falcons and Rams, let us fill you in on the two teams you will be watching!

Ram-Falcon Trophy: It wouldn’t be the final regular season game without a rivalry trophy. The Falcons won’t be bringing the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy back to Colorado Springs this year, but they can keep the Ram-Falcon Trophy at home. Starting in 1980, this is the 39th year the two teams have played for the trophy.

Interesting Game Note: This is only the 3rd time ever Air Force has played on Thanksgiving Day and the first time they have ever played at home. They are 0-2, falling to #5 Notre Dame in 1972 and San Diego State in 1996.
Colorado State on the other hand has played in 41 Thanksgiving games and is 15-24-2 in those contests.
